I’m Francesca, an operations professional with a background in business strategy, project management, and workflow design.
No matter the role, I've always found myself bringing my peers strengths forward and reducing clutter so energy can be used on what matters.
I love helping people come back to what they do best. I have a strong sense of discernment and an ability to quickly synthesize a cohesive vision then simplify the moving pieces around it. By asking the right questions and reflecting back what’s already there, I help my clients stop losing energy to activities that no longer support the business they set out to build.
In my free time, I love to sew, read, and hike.
